The fan leds are not turning on, and they are rgb fans?

yes i'm pretty sure
Could you check this
If you have a discrete GPU then you need to plug your monitor cable into the graphics card, not the motherboard. This can be found on the Quick Start Guide which was emailed to you, or you can download it with the /tag guide command.
Make sure the display cable is in the graphics card at 2B, not the motherboard slot which is 2A
yes my monitor is connected to 2B
My monitor is working fine
its just the PC Leds
on the fans
that aren't working
even though the fans are spinning
yes I do
i've tried using the power button and the m/d button, it did not work
@whole kraken ur good with the hyper loops
?
It might be worth opening the back panel, and seeing where they’re connected to (there should be a fan hub where they connect to)
1/ check to make sure they’re all fully connected and not loose
If they are, then it might be worth trying a different molex power connector
To check the connector, follow the wire where the fan hub connects to a cable near the power supply. Make sure to send a picture so I can confirm if it’s the right connection 👍
is something wrong here?
there's also a hanging wire from the front panel
not sure if it's relevant @whole kraken
Follow this cable highlighted in red, and try to find where it connects. Its likely one of the connections at the bottom, but try and pull it out a bit so i can see 👍
yes, this is the wire, look like it has completely come loose
not sure where exactly it should be connected, sorry i'm a pc illiterate
Just wondering if I am going to get a response on this thread
This is a community server so people help out in their own time , someone will respond when they're available so please be patient 🙂
Apologies, got distracted
I can’t seem to see a molex connector in that bundle
Try and find a cable that looks similar to this. Normally there will be multiple connected all on the same chain. Find the one that’s plugged into your fan hub, and swap out the molex connector for a different one on the same chain and see if that fixes your issue
i belive its the one in the middle
but i'm not sure where to connect
the molex cable
@whole kraken , do you have any idea?
This cable is a sata cable i believe. I think the easiest way might be to pull the bundle of cables, just outside the case to see if i can spot it. If theres no molex, then it might br wired up differently
Definitely worth dropping support an email in the mean time as it may require a new hub if he old one is defective
