Was just watching a film on Netflix and I noticed that my pc wasn’t responding and then both monitors went grey, after 2 ish mins I turned my pc off and went to turn it back on and got this message and have no idea what to do

#

Did you get the drive from us? If you're in warranty send us the drive and we'll replace it

I bought the entire build with y’all but had to keep sending it back because I kept having problems with it
