#CPU Overheating

Hello, I bought my PC back in December 21. Everything worked great up until 2 weeks ago. I noticed a drop in performance and after a investigation I found out that my cpu is overheating. Even gets to 100° while gaming.

That cooler was recalled due of the fault

You will need to get in contact with sales and get a replacement with the new Coreliquid 240R V2

I think the V1’s were recalled before 12th even came out but they are faulty and you will get a free replacement

Nah they’ll do a dpd door swap

Unless you are not comfortable installing it

You can do a door swap with the part to install yourself or if you don't feel comfortable doing it you can send the PC back

Also I'd suggest to don't use the PC until you get the new cooler as you might damage the CPU
