I've tested CPU temps, GPU temps and it all looks fine. The games will play for 20-30 minutes and then suddenly crash to desktop and I run a high-end PC. Any help?

Just anything known to require a good system. Red Dead Redemption 2 for example and Resident Evil with the Ray Tracing update
Indie games run flawlessly and older games like Payday 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 work perfectly

How are you measuring GPU temps and CPU temps?

In my last ticket, you told about some programs to use. We measured the temps from there and Cyberpower support agent told me to use OCCT
