Hi there,

I've had my cyberpowerpc for a month now, never had a problem but in the last 2 days if I turn my pc off for a bit then on again it just prints a black screen, I can hear the fans going and nothing happens.

If I press the power button once it goes off, pressing it again it all boots up without any problem.

I wonder if it is a Window 11 issue or something else?

maybe reseat the CMOS battery
