#Issues with my PC

If you hit above a certain fps when playing, the game engine effectively craps itself. Easiest way to fix the GTA issue is to either cap the fps at around 120, or purposefully increase graphics settings so that the fps will lower
Ive had to delete the original message because it contained your order number, but i copied and pasted everything else π

Hey,
Since getting my PC around 2 and half weeks ago I've played Valorant, PUBG & WoW. All have ran smoothly, no problems. I recently downloaded both RDR2 and GTAV and when play RDR2 my PC restarted itself 3 times in 1 hour of playing. At first I was confused but just rolled with it. I checked my graphics however and noticed they were maxed (my system should be able to handle that) but it lowered it to high. It happened again so i then lowered them a further time to medium. It still restarted. Confused I googled it and alot of comments about PSU or CPU were coming up but my system is very good and should have no issues. I opened the game today and when i did I opened the task manager with it. My CPU is clocking around 95-100% when in RDR2 and I dont know why. I then tried GTA:V. The CPU is normal just like the other games but my game is stuttering alot. I'm really confused to whats going on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated on this.
My order number is : (deleted by mod)
Thanks.

Okay I will try that on GTA. I only checked GTA to see if it would max my CPU out like RDR2 did. Do you have any suggestions for the whole restarting and CPU maxxing at 95-100%? My system is:
1000W PSU
3080 GPU
I9 11900K (overclocked 30%)
64GB RAM
3TB SSD
MSI MPG Z590 motherboard
What temperatures are you seeing when in game, would be good to check to make sure nothings over heating.
It shouldnβt hit 100% usage when playing games, and sometimes it can be more of a windows issue than anything else
Firstly you could try a DDU just to make sure that your graphics drivers are working correctly, and if that doesnβt fix the issue, you could either try to reinstall RDR2, and worse case scenario, re install windows
Its definitely not overheating, i have a water cooler with a digital display and that was saying around 36-38 degrees when in game. I will try a DDU first then go from there.
My default that not cpu temp
that's liquid temp
Best checking with Hwinfo
Download either the Installer or Portable version
For temperatures, run in Sensor Only mode.
Might be better creating your own post ,just so issues don't get mixed up and people get confused π
