Hey guys. so i got my pc back today, but i got a different brand of graphics card (MSI) sadly when my other was GFORCE. this new card only has 1 HDMI slot in it, when my old card had two (1 DP 240hz monitor, and 2 144hz HDMI monitors)

But because of the new card, i have 1 in the DP GPU, one in the HDMI GPU, and one HDMI in the motherboard. It's connecting and reconnecting rapidly, and on windows 11 it keeps moving my windows. It keeps stablising and staying on but the quality of the third monitor is very degraded, and text is very sharp and cut off. Is this a motherboard issue? this monitor worked just fine before sending my pc in for repairs which i got back today

i don't have a long enough DP cable for the third monitor, so that's why im using the HDMI in the motherboard, but this shouldn't be happening.

#

it was noted in my repairs note my motherboard bios was updated, could this be the cause?

You cant use the Motherboard ports if you have a GPU

Windows is basically swapping between onboard graphics output and your gpu output

Yeah it’ll be having a lil nightmare there! I think most GPU’s have 1x HDMI + 2/3 DP’s now, stick to them ports so it doesn’t go ballistic!
