Hi all, I have a cyberpower desktop PC which is a few years old now. I changed out my GPU & PSU about 1 year ago and since then I have had issues with my fans. The first issue is that the fans no longer interact with the LED remote, they all just remain individual colours. This specific issue hasn't overly annoyed me hence why I didnt seek guidance on it sooner. I got the new COD MW2 game & whilst doing the offline campaign I noticed that I was getting an GPU overheating issue! On inspection, the rear fan (which cools my CPU via water pipes) & one of my 3 front fans was not spinning! A couple of hard taps on the front glass prompted my fan to start spinning & the rear fan required me to manually spin it, both work after doing this. This issue had persisted. Any guidance on the matter would be appreciated!

If you mentioned the couple of taps on the front glass means that the cables became a bit loose, worth checking if they properly connected
Make sure they are fully connected - possible the vibration cause them to became loose
Come loose at the fan side? I thought the connection at the fan side was hard wired from factory?
Which fans do you have inside your PC?
Im pretty certain they are cyber power branded rbg ones @brazen minnow
Those fans I believe will be plugged into a hub around the back of your PC, I would double check that they're plugged in properly, but failing that it could just be that they need replacing
Any idea about the led not working with the remote?
Which remote do you have, could you send a picture of it? I believe there's a way of pairing it with the hub again
It’s one of these.. I can’t remember which one!
:tada: Congrats @young ingot, you levelled up to 1! :tada:
It's the one on the left 😄
Try holding the pink button at the bottom for 5 seconds, then hold the white button for 5 seconds and see it that pairs it
No joy! @brazen minnow
😕 It could possibly be the fan hub which is failing if you're having issues with changing the LEDs and powering the fans
I would get in touch with tech support and see what they advise:
