Please ensure to include your order number, the issue you are facing and any steps you have already taken to try and fix the issue.

sonic lodge

Because theres no specific way for us to see whats wrong. Normally a beep code would indicate whats possibly causing the issue

Otherwise some motherboards have DEBUG LEDS which will light up to tell you which component has an issue

Resetting CMOS

:one: Shut down your PC and unplug the power cord from the wall.
:two: Locate the CMOS battery (see the image below). On some motherboards, you may have to remove the graphics card in order to access it.
:three: Remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard by pressing down on the clip and pulling the battery out.
:four: Hold down the case power button for three seconds while your PC is unplugged.
:five: Install the CMOS battery back into the motherboard and plug the power cord back into the wall.
:six: Plug in and turn on your PC.

A video guide is also available below

do u know how to take the gpu out or want instructions?

drowsy night
#

uh

#

instructions lmao

deep thorn
#

haha okay

#

let me get a photo for reference

#
  1. should have a screw or two holding in your gpu bracket, unscrew that
  2. where ur GPU plugs into ur motherboard, on the right side of the slot there is a small clip, push it towards the motherboard n it'll release the gpu. take ur cables out then give it a little pull and it should come out nice n easy
#

or take ur cables out first actually lol

#
  • make sure PC is off + unplugged

You could also try reseating your RAM, if one of the sticks aren't quite in properly it can cause your PC not to boot

ive just replaced my cpu and its still not displaying anything

#

any help?

fierce cape
# drowsy night done that

You could try unplugging any unnecessary cables for your PC to start, like hard drives, fans, etc. Normally they don't cause any problems but it might be worth a shot

If you have multiple sticks of RAM, you could try them individually to see if its just one of them causing an issue

Otherwise it might also be worth contacting tech support in case they have any other suggestions to try, it could be a few different things causing the problem so its just a case of narrowing it down
