Haii, for the past few weeks I've been getting some quite high temps on from my CPU where its causing FPS drops in game. most of the day its fine (70-80c) then out of nowhere it spikes to 96c and that is when my games fps drops happen, kind of getting worries since I don't want my CPU to break.

What cooler and CPU do you have?

AMD Ryzen 7 5700G
MSI Coreliquid 360R 360mm RGB Liquid Cooler

The CoreLiquid 360R got recalled quite a bit ago,

I'd be contacting Cyberpower for a replacement. They should be able to send you the V2

Also 70-80c isn't fine idle it should be like half that

the 70-80 isnt idle thats when im playing games idle, its around 48-50

Its still a recalled product so worth getting it replaced, but it isn't really right for such a low wattage CPU

yeahh, ive submitted a ticket already after you said to contact them, but they aren't open till tomorrow
