Both CPU and GPU were around 60-68C before the hard reset, a sort of checkerboard pattern made up of rectangles appears on the screen seconds before the crash

I would’ve definitely paired a better cpu cooler with that cpu

The 13900k runs really hot and the cooler master 240 is more of a budget option

You said your CPU is at 66c before crash, how are you checking that?

It might be okay in gaming, just because most games don’t use a huge amount of the cpu, it’s more gpu focused

What is weirder is that it lasted over an hour this morning, bow it barely lasts 5 mins

No worries, I’d suggest the Corsair Elite Capellix 360. It’s more expensive but in turn, will cool your cpu A LOT better than the cooler master one 👍
