Hi all,
I received my CP desktop today and has been running fine for a couple of hours of use. Then one of my screens went black and the other green and since then I have no output from the desktop. Both monitors showing no signal. However the desktop seems to be running fine as far as the parts and with my headphones I can actually here the windows sounds when I restart the unit. So I feel like it’s running ok but there just seems to be no output? Any ideas?

Went through the various steps with the Cyberpower guy on the phone. Sadly no luck, same issue happened. So they’re going to sort out a return and replacement on the card I think.
Pretty depressing as I can’t help but be excited to use it and seemed like it was on at first 😂

I eventually got a couple of beeps from the motherboard as well. One long beep and two short ones, which after googling, also say an Video card issue if I'm right? So hopefully this backs up that it's a card issue?
