It’s currently unsustainable to pay our staff members. We of course wish for a moment where it will be, but that would mean that they would be employees and we would be a company not just a community. Thus having higher standards and hiring people that are the most knowledgable in this sector. Basically commercializing this community, doesn’t sound that good now..
