how did you create this?? i've been searching for a while online but i can't find anything. this looks super flipping cool btw
I think what he's done is basically just put a bunch of premade parts into a table, and then keep looping through part cframes and creating different parts with math.random with an cframe offset on the previous part.
i did something like that but i couldn't find a way to prevent tiles from overlapping

you see the little parts on the sides of the floor? they act as connectors that show where rooms can go, then they delete after a room is successfully placed there
the rooms also have connectors
the orientation of the connector matters so i have a green texture on the front face to make it easier
