"Based on your age, you cannot access this game" even for users who are 18+?

My game has no violence, no gore, no profanity, e.c.t. I've paid the Refundable Publishing Fee, answered the questionnaire, opened the place to public.
I have no idea why its limited my game to users who are 16+? Theres nothing in the game that should warrant this to be happening.
But the even bigger issue, its not letting ANYBODY join my game. None of my friends who have verified their ages to be 18+ can join through me either. I have no idea whats going on and i dont know how to fix these issues :(

I think you need to have like 500 different age verifed 16+ users to be able to reach the lower ages

I think when you do a face scan thingy and be above 18 it puts you in a diff category than proving ur 18+ via ID if I recall correctly
