Helping out a noob with Transparency property

Hello Y'all,
I am new to Roblox Studio and just finished a beginner scripting tutorial from BrawlDev regarding Roblox Studio. Althouhg I am a bit confused about this transparency property. As you can see some parts wont get invisible when you put it to 1 but other parts do. Can somebody tell me why and how I can work around this?
Oh and also, why does the texture of some of my moddles slightly move/change when I hover over them?

This looks like you've got the same part twice at the same position

Its when two parts are inside of each other which causes flickering

I just looked at it and for some reason there are two stairs glitching inside one another?

I genuenly do not know how that happened

Its because the game is trying to show you both parts.

You know I made this project a year ago and am now just interested in going back to roblox studios and I genuenly do not know what kind shit I took back then as this project is kind off cursed

Must have accidentally pressed cntrl D a few times thinking it didnt do anything

but it did 😂

When I select a model how can I move it whilst it keeping all its rotation n stuff. As right now it just snaps onto the grid n all

Transparency is an IntValue tho...

if you don't want your parts to snap you need to uncheck the checkmark shown in the picture.

I mean the one that is already unchecked

No Idea. I never ran into such a Problem. But you can always just change its position or CFrame manually in the properties tab

Is there like a big select mode?

to like draw an area and get all parts in that area

You can hold down m1 and select multiple things. Just like on your desktop

I spend the last 40 minutes selecting my entire world, grouping it and deleting the rest leaving only my grouped world x1
