#Custom NPC HipHeight not being used after a clone is spawned

Every time I clone my custom NPC, the clone falls through the ground. I found out that the physics engine isn't accounting for the hip height, as when I made the humanoidrootpart not transparent, it was falling to the ground, but after a bit the NPC fixes itself. I want to know if there is a way to prevent this and have the hip height be used right from the moment the NPC spawns
