how would i make it so the victims pos is not offsetted from the killer
its offseted only when they are moving

its all hard-coded by myself btw dont think i used vibe coding because of ai tag

this happens because of latency

not much you can do about latency, you can move it or hide it but you can never get rid of it entirely.

there is latency between client and server.

you'd have to operate the npc on the client to remove the lag, but then everyone else would see it lagged even more

you could try advanced server authority and prediction techniques, aka rollback netcode, buuut if you needed to ask about this then this is probably way outside your scripting abilities.
