Another issue is the fact that the build is extremely poorly made u haven't bothered to make the parts seamless u can see that you just crashed 2 parts or more together
Anothrr issue is the entrance to the parking lot is in the outside??
It should be on the roads side and there needs to be 2 ways and exit and entry
The road looks like it was taken from the toolbox (correct me if im wrong ) but the road is the only thing that looks somewhat okay

There is tools you can get in studio to help with more difficult builds as well
