Arm not locked into animation

Anyone knows how to lock my arm like in my animation? when I don't move they saty locked, but as soon as I walk they move like in the pic I sent. Ty!

you need to make a keyframe for all of the arms, including: UpperArm, LowerArm, Hand

and then set it to action
