disable hold jump

trying to make it so when i hol jump, it only jumps once. ive been scripting for awhile now but i cant seem to get this to work

i am too lazy to give u a script example so heres a rough idea, use userinputservice to detect when space is pressed for jumps and humanoid.Jump

i think theres an auto jump
