you could use parts and blender and such

the easiest way is to turn the parts into a model and calling it startercharacter,

parent it to starterplayerscripts and then startercharacter

add some parts to make the character then add a HumanoidRootPart part, name it HumanoidRootPart and make it 100% transparent, non collidable and no cast shadow and then group it into a model, then rig it using a plugin or motor6ds and then group it into a model with a humanoid inside
