typically most people get a screengui, put a image label of the tv outline

doing it piece by piece is really inefficient

that would work but can be very inconsistent especially with multiple players

you dont need to be very good at ui

just get a image off google

you have to rely on camera cframe updates every frame

i recommend using pixlr to edit the center of it then

you can use a tool to make the center of it more translucent

U can prolly use glass in front of the camera for a nice distortion effect aswell
