This is basically how it works (Player = Fighter) press the keybind -> fire the server on signal animation -> the server create the hitbox for the (Player = Fighter) -> if someone is hit then -> (Player = Victim) get fired to play animation [Hit1, Hit2, Hit3 (depending on the combostep)]
(It might be a Roblox studio problem? Maybe it’s better in Roblox player)

Your only option is to play the hit animation from the attacker client
The opposite it will be worse in roblox player because the latency will be even higher
