New to scripting, need help on what to do next.

Hello, I am new to scripting i have takern a few courses on the parts of lua, and i have looked at videos of people scripting to understand it some. The problem is now that i know the basics i dont know what do to now to learn more efficiently. Like what are somethings i can do to progress what i know to eventually lead to a place where i can code stuff without having to look up what to do? Any help is much appreciated thank you for your help!
