Need help with making a menu screen

I have tried now 4 different tutorials and all of the scripts haven't worked. This is what it looks like now but if the script and the camera actually worked it would look like this

well u need to turn ur cameramode to scriptable

you need to set cameramode to scripting on your script

so your camera can be modified by scripts
