Changing arrow keys

I do not currently have access to my pc rn but i dont think that should be a big deal since i dont even know how to start getting this working. So basically i need help knowing how to make it so my arrowkeys only work on a gui and cant move the player if possible i got it working on the ui frame but it still moves the player ill go more in detail if needed

Well i want them to still be able to move its like a command menu type of ui

Freeze them during the ui being open

Its open in the corner the whole time its meant to be able to change the way you attack while playing

Im just wondering if theres a way to make it so the arrow keys cant move the player anymore

Not freezing or sinking keys

Buts it's smarter to use a diff key set
