I just want to change the shiftlock to a custom gui/design how can I do that?

You can't really change it i think, but you can make your own i believe by changing the mouse behavior and when player presses shift or control the icon you want turns visible or not visible

So you would need to create an image label and place it at the center of the screen

Oh, and also you would need to disable the default mouse icon after the player has shift locked
