i made a tumbleweed part emmiter and i made a script to make it ease so it looks like it is bouncing but when i play it looks very choppy. Does anyone know how to make it smoother?

I don't see how it's choppy but maybe that's the video. Regardless, I'd 100% recommend tweening on the client instead of the server. For something as non-trivial as tumbleweeds, you can even skip synchronization with the server/other clients because it doesn't matter.
