Please help with Horrendous script

Trying to make a rainbow carpet like tool, where it generates parts by heartbeat, but for some reason the tool activation is not working

this is the script for tool activation

the problem is that its not activating on M1

no shit is not working, you are trying to get the event from serverScriptService from a local script

pro tip, look for players.localplayer for localscripts, or any kind of userinputservice/gui, and server is any mention of serverstorage/sss

the server doesn't have a localplayer, watson. and if you assume there is a localplayer, meaning its a localscript, there is no access to serverscriptservice on the client. you've much to learn, watson

• i removed the player from the function

so it does not include localplayer animore

you do tool.parent, because tools when held are a child of the character, then you find the player using the character
