I have a custom chat system and i probably made it bad but whenever i add the filter message system it takes half a second to filter and only then shows it.
I want to follow the rules but i also dont want to much lag.
right now what i have is it sends the unfiltered message, if its bad you take 20 damage (which is alot in my game) and sends 3 blank messages to hide the bad message. the bad message isnt visible but idk what roblox thinks. also if you typee 10 bad messages after eachother you get kicked.
i know it doesnt follow rules, it does what its supposed to and im keeping it like that for now unless the chat filter doesnt lag.
