Help with the texture

I would like to know why the textures look this way? How can I make it not look like this. Since I entered the Command Bar it got like this

inside each part delete the texture

[hard sparrow]

I already checked that but no part has a texture

Go to the view tab and deselect one of the options

I forgot which one that was
