Build Your Factory Tycoon – Recruitment
Concept
I’m developing a Roblox Tycoon game where players build and upgrade their fully automated factory.
Goal: Create a production line that generates items, transports them via conveyors, and destroys them to earn money.
Main Machines:
1️⃣ Generators → spawn items (boxes, stones, metals…).
2️⃣ Conveyors → automatically transport items.
3️⃣ Destroyers → crushers, lasers, saws, hammers… destroy items and generate money.
Each machine is upgradable (speed, power, value, skins…). Players must optimize their production line to maximize profits.

Continuous upgrading
Unlocking new zones and materials
Visually satisfying systems (VFX, animations, destruction)
Light Monetization
Machine skins, gamepasses (auto-collect, boost, extra machines), premium effects.
What I’m Looking For:
🔹 Roblox Lua Scripter: tycoon systems, automated machines, optimization, clean modules.
🔹 Builder / Modeler: machines (spawners, conveyors, destroyers), environment, VFX.
🔹 UI Designer: modern menus, upgrade system, clear HUD.
🔹 (Optional) Animator: machine movements, effects.
Project Goal
Create a smooth, fun Tycoon that is visually and mechanically satisfying to watch and optimize, with clear progression and unique machines.
