There a multiple ways for making a start of a domain. I would recommend doing it in a way Jujutsu Sheninigans does it. Its simple and i think easier to make than the effect shown in the video. Just tween a Spheres size bigger and then make everyone caught in the domain see visual effects by changing the atmosphere on the client. If you want you can also make a flashy Gui that shows the player who is using the domain for everyone that is caught in the domain expansion.
But ofc it depends on what you even want help in. So if you want more complex help maybe ask for more complex questions than just asking for how to do something in general
