Each development area will be led by a responsible leader, who can hire members and manage their own sub-team:

PERCENTAGE SYSTEM
Each area receives a fair percentage based on its importance to the project.
The leader of that area decides how to distribute the share among their members according to performance and contribution.
No leader can receive more than 40% of the total share of their area.

EFFICIENCY & ACCOUNTABILITY
Performance will be closely monitored by the directors.
If a team becomes inefficient, the leader will be immediately removed from the position.
The same applies to leaders who fail to deliver or abandon their tasks.
