#Cant control player respawning?

Is it just me, or cant i modify values such as Respawn time, call :LoadCharacter() etc, i swear roblox had them but i cant find them under the StarterPlayer(the service or whatever) properties, the player instance or player humanoid? Any help regarding this is appreciated since i REALLY need to use them, because i am not able to respawn the player, or set the respawn time. Thanks
