How to create a module script where I can list all of the sell prices of my fruit tool and the name of it and when I use the sell prompt it destroys all the tools and gives me an added amount to my leaderstat if I have two cherries and a cherry is worth 2 dollars I would get 4 dollars to my leaderstat

Though, I assume you have some scripting knowledge already, if not, then you should learn some basics first, such as functions and how those work, and the type of scripts + client vs server vs module etc.
In the first video [see image] you can actually make a table with different info, you can add rarity info and whatever else you want there as well
