Basically i wanna know if u can change the position of bones using scripts.

Just want a simple script that makes your head/neck follow your cursor. Don't know if its possible with bones tho

And if you mean on default Roblox avatars

All of them have instances like Motor6D that are responsible for rotation of a part of the body

U can find one for the neck and modify its orentation based on where camera is looking
