Annoying delay and malfunctions

Can someone explain to me why every time i play the game, my attack cooldown and visual effects don't work? I don't know why, but I have to use every attack to get everything back to normal, and when I punch, my visual effects still have a slight delay and sometimes doesn't work. Can someone please help me? 😭 all the codes is in the vid

are you using particle emitters to show the effect or trail or decals

cuz ik decals can take lil bit to load
