viewmodel script issue

so i have a problem with my viewmodel on roblox, when i equip it the animation doesnt play immediately or something like that idk how to explain that, and also because the viewmodel has a humanoid inside of it, my character gets flung everytime i move with the viewmodel euqipped, heres the script and the video showcasing the issue:
