How could I create a script where a specific startercharacter is given only to me?

I am trying to create exclusive starter characters based on UserID. I have tried a few things but none have seemed to work.

When loading in, it would usually give me the starting character however there would be zero animations, camera locked to the world origin (I believe 0,0 cant fully be certain) and pretty much just a blocky stale character.
