this is a delunay triangulation algorithm assembled in two days , the time complexity ranges between O(n^2) to O(n^3) and its for the purpose of establishing a dynamic cdt navmesh

pretty slow , help me critique it !

well regardless of the math the algo is O(n^2) and can get even worse
