character selection help

i followed a tutorial on yt (basically im just tryna make a character selection - i have the gui and everything..) i wondered how i could make it so when you clicked a character (which are just accessories and make you walk quicker), it put it over your normal avatar?? and you transformed with an animation??

like this, except a less dramatic animation (no effects or bg) and it kept your original avatar (just changed your outfit, added the accessories and made you walk quicker)

i would personal have a temporay camera for this

gahh the video isnt my game, its just to kinda show what im tryna do,, i have this so far im just tryna figure out how to make it do an animation when you select

change their shirt and pants instance's uh image value or whatever to the new shirt/pants image value

or create new shirt and pants if they dont have one with the correct image value

and then copy the accessories and parent them to the character
