I browsed this forum for a few minutes and most of them are problems that you can just look up.

at least in the developer forum, it tries to give the user some information on another forum that maybe related to what the person is trying to look for and a premade format of asking questions so you don't get posts like this.

I get the use of a discord though. it's a chat room where anybody can chime in. the problem is that it's without prerecognition on how to ask for something with anybody being able to ask. this leads to only new people asking questions that don't help the helpers and in turn discourages helpers to spend their resources helping.
