** You are now Level 7! **
if i was you i would start learning the basic of scripting (you can find tutorial videos on YT), having a background knowledge helps after getting the basic understanding then try doing that 🙌
I have basic knowledge. But I don't understand the chassie system. I tried to play with the suspension tension and other things. But it's either too stiff or too loose. I can't make a smooth one.
this in properties?
I don't know the name of it but probably yes
Not the english is my language sadly sooo. Sorry if I don't know some words or phrases correctly
share a Screen Shot of it
I don't have. I copied out the script
can you send a Screen Shot ?
Sadly. I have copied out the script
I
Wait
I have the copied out version
I am not on PC rn
oh k
Give me a minut
k
The whole suspension script
Since the car irl 10.100 kg (22266 pound) I set the car weight to 22266 pound
my understanding i could be wrong, real life to the digital world are different , thus you mean have to make that samller, try using a smaller ratio of that
** You are now Level 3! **
So if the car is 22.266, with 1-10 ratio it would be 2.2266
I think I mean you get the idea
But it not going be exactly 10 kg or 22266 lb it be more like, 100 lb with suspension 2.47
Roblox isn’t a made to simulator reality
That takes a lot processing power my understanding
I don't really want realistic suspension. I know roblox has limits. I just want a smooth offroad suspension
I tried to fidget and rsndomly change the numbers. But sometimes the car flew away or either the tires stuck to the ground
I used
Small-small
Big numbers with big numbers
Small with big
But somehow the
Spring damping 1000
Spring force 6000 ratio with 3000-5000 pounds was smoother than the other tries
Interesting
Personally I haven’t messed around with that around as much sorrry wasn’t able to help
It's okay. I will use your advice. It's still a help
i wouldn't call this scripting. this is just configuration. play with the numbers till you get something you like.
I can understand that, but you do have to script that will apply those values
