roblox has a horrible moderation history, but we've never had anything cost over 1k to upload, let alone 10k. Think about why it's so expensive, its not just because of some imaginary greed that for some reason only emotes are riddled with. that high price is because of the manual moderation that needs to overlook everything. Most items are uploaded for so cheap that they cant afford putting so many man hours behind moderating them, hence using ai, but 1) ai already has a hard time moderating anything as subtle as animations, and 2) they CAN afford real moderators due to the giant price tag. using any amount of reasoning would suggest they will be using human moderators for emotes

well videos cost over 1k, but big shock those are moderated by humans
