I need help with a notification script

I am making a game named Brawler Clickers and I need help. I need to have a script where every 5 mins a gui pops up and asks if they want to join a brawl. If yes they teleport to the arena and if they click no the gui hides.

I also need to know how to make like a fighting type script where if u hit someone with a lower clicks than u they die.
