I need help with custom admin cmds (I'm really new to roblox studio and scripting overall)

So basically I'm wanting to code a whole set of custom admin commands really similar to HD admin with the guide panel but I'm not sure how to, I also wanna add ranks like owner (me) head admin, admin, mod, could anyone help me out with the code to do this and what type of scripts I need to use? (Like module script or with configs)
