With 0 context its pretty hard to root out the problem, id suggest putting a script, the logs if an error shows up and a video of the bug

yo just make sure the gamepass is on sale and made in the same game ur testing. sometimes roblox takes a few mins to show it. try rejoining or restarting studio too, that usually helps 👍

I think You gotta make sure each player has a gamepass linked to their stand. They need to create one in their own game and set it for sale. Then your script should grab those gamepasses using their UserId. If there’s no gamepass, nothing shows up for them to donate to.
