How do I make animations public? | Roblox Studio Community | Page 1

Apparently there is no way for an animation to be public for others to see/use, but AltiWyre has managed to do so. Could this be a bug on Roblox's end or am I just missing something?

If it is possible to make an animation public, please let me know and how I could do so for my animations. Thanks
